Refund & Satisfaction Policy

IPTVESPN offers a 7-day technical resolution guarantee on all subscription plans. If our technical support desk cannot resolve a streaming or connection issue on your compatible device within 7 days of initial purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
1. The 7-Day Technical Guarantee
At IPTVESPN, we stand behind the stability of our European and North American streaming architecture. If you experience persistent technical obstacles (such as severe buffering, inability to connect to our authentication servers, or unresolved audio desynchronization) within 7 days of purchasing your subscription pass, we will issue a full refund if our technical team cannot solve the issue.
2. Troubleshooting Protocol Before Refund
Over 85% of streaming difficulties are caused by local Wi-Fi interference, ISP bandwidth throttling, or misconfigured player settings. Before requesting a refund, subscribers must:
- Verify their internet connection speed meets our 15+ Mbps minimum requirement.
- Test alternative DNS servers (e.g. Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or Google 8.8.8.8) to eliminate ISP lookup latency.
- Allow our 24/7 technical team on WhatsApp (+44 7465 245834) or Telegram (@digitaldet) to test an alternative server route for your account.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
To initiate a formal refund request:
- Email support@iptvespn.com with the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Order/Username].
- Provide a brief description of the technical issue encountered and your streaming device model.
- Our billing department will process eligible refunds within 24 hours. The funds typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
4. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted after the expiration of the 7-day initial guarantee window.
- Accounts suspended for violating our single-connection rule by sharing login credentials across multiple simultaneous public IPs.
- Users who refuse basic troubleshooting cooperation with our technical help desk.
