Terms of Service
By accessing IPTVESPN, subscribers agree to a fixed-term digital service pass with zero automatic recurring charges. Standard passes provide access for one active streaming connection at a time. Re-broadcasting, commercial restreaming, and credential sharing are strictly prohibited. All purchases are backed by a 7-day technical resolution guarantee.
1. Agreement & Subscription Terms
By placing an order on IPTVESPN.COM, you agree to these Terms of Service. All subscriptions (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months) are one-time prepaid digital passes. We do not automatically renew or charge your payment card upon expiration of your subscription period.
2. Single Connection Rule & Fair Use
Each standard IPTVESPN subscription includes authorization for one (1) active stream at any single moment.
- You may configure your login credentials on multiple personal devices (e.g. living room Firestick, bedroom Smart TV, mobile phone).
- Simultaneous playback on two or more devices from separate IP addresses is blocked by our automated load balancer to prevent account sharing and server congestion.
- Commercial restreaming, public broadcasting, or reselling IPTVESPN feeds is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Network Requirements & Bandwidth
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection. We recommend a minimum stable speed of 15 Mbps for Full HD content and 25+ Mbps for 4K live sports. We are not responsible for streaming degradation caused by local Wi-Fi interference or residential ISP throttling.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
While IPTVESPN targets 99.9% network availability, scheduled routine maintenance may occasionally occur during off-peak hours (between 03:00 and 05:00 UTC). Maintenance schedules and routing updates are communicated via our Telegram support channel.
